1. All Sales Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened, worn, altered, or used.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used hair extensions
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or sale items

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is authorized.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
